About the event

Motherhood is transformative, beautiful, and deeply complex. IN BLOOM is a nurturing half-day retreat designed to support mothers in reconnecting with themselves through education, therapeutic breath work, reflection and creative expression.

This intimate experience offers a safe and supportive space for prenatal and postnatal mothers to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore the emotional and identity shifts that come with motherhood.

What You’ll Experience:

Matrescence & Maternal Wellbeing Workshop

Facilitated by Dr. Kim Carder, this session explores the psychological and emotional transition into motherhood. You’ll gain insight into identity changes, mental health and practical ways to care for yourself during this life stage.

Therapeutic Breathwork Journey

Led by Clare from Ember Wellness, this guided 75-minute breathwork experience uses intentional breathing and therapeutic prompts to support emotional release, nervous system regulation and reconnection with self.

Creative Reflection & Journaling

Participants will reflect on their experiences through journaling and contribute to a collaborative art mural symbolising collective motherhood.
